Security and booking
Vehicle spaces are on a hard-gravelled yard and separated by Heras fencing. The yard has a secure gate and CCTV at the entrance. Contact us if you want to discuss the site before requesting a space. Our booking form collects your details for approval, with no payment at that stage. Payment is arranged after approval and agreement of the terms.
How your booking works
- Request a space. Send your details and preferred start date. We check suitability and availability and give a same-day reply.
- Accept the terms and set up Direct Debit. After we approve your request, your private booking link takes you through the storage terms and GoCardless setup.
- Receive your welcome information. Once Direct Debit setup is finalised, we review everything and manually approve access. Your private welcome information includes your allocated space, the full address and precise arrival location. These are released only after final approval and allocation.

Can I access my motorhome at weekends and at night?
Yes. Approved customers have 24/7 yard access, including weekends. Your access instructions are released after Direct Debit setup is finalised and we give final approval.
